A fantastic little scooter for getting around San Diego whether it's cruising to the beach, picking up some groceries, or visiting some of the local sights. This scooter is equipped with anti-lock brake system (ABS) (front wheel only!), which is crucial for safety and preventing front tire skids/crashes. Tons of under seat storage and this one is also equipped with a rear Givi top box which can fit a full size helmet. There's also hooks at the front and a nice flat floorboard so you can carry a backpack, groceries, or even a six pack if you so desired. Holds an incredible amount of stuff!

Mechanically it is similar to the Vespa Primavera which shares the same 155cc engine, but the Liberty adds a 16" front rim for added stability and sheds the classic styled metal bodywork for a lighter plastic bodywork. The Liberty 150 also has real footpegs for your passenger/pillion unlike the Vespa. It's easy to handle, cruises nicely at 55mph, but will do nearly 70 mph (GPS verified) on flat ground. While it's no long distance tourer, it will happily take you all around La Jolla or the San Diego area!

Mandatory $10 Cleaning Fee. Rentals which are returned excessively dirty or abused may be additionally charged. Off-pavement use is strictly forbidden.
