We'll begin a climb up to the west side of Colorado Springs and travel along Gold Camp Road with sites able to view the whole city and beyond eastward. We'll turn around and head to Garden of the Gods about two miles north. I'll take you on a route through the entire Garden of the Gods park with the following sights: Main Parking Lot 2 (north side, with bathrooms, this will be the opportunity to see the largest of the rocks), the famous Balanced Rock (small parking lot), we'll come back through the park and end at High Point Overlook (where many marriage proposals have taken place). From this point you can head back home or tag along back to Bear Creek Park where we began. I have two motorcycles available for rent. This tour should take 2-3 hours depending on time spent sightseeing. Keep in mind the Visitors Center is not a stop on this tour and you are free to go there after High Point Overlook. The Visitors Center has many interactive exhibits and information on the history of the Garden of the Gods rock formations.
