Guided tour to Arizona’s pyramid tombs starting in Mesa, traveling to Florence, Yuma, Quartzsite, and Phoenix’s Papago Park. These pyramids are home to Arizona history makers, they are mysterious, memorable, and majestic. You will learn about who is buried in the pyramids, will hear the backstory behind them, and we will make interesting and unique stops along the way.

You will not concern yourself with accommodations, directions, stops & sights, or anything else. As an experienced group leader and safety-oriented MSF coach, I'll get you safely to places and communicate constantly along the way so that you know every step we plan to take.
Arriving at the nightly destination after visiting the tombs and travel stops, I'll lay out the timeline for the next morning, meal options for the night, and then each rider is free to join others or go their own way for evening. The tour will be organized and led, but there are options.
I will arrange and have hotels paid in advance for all riders; this motorcycle experience tour will be scheduled when a minimum of two other bikes join me. Maximum is five bikes.
The best option is a Friday to Sunday, but if riders want to schedule during the week, I can do that. This isn't a sightseeing tour with majestic views, but it is a learning tour with unique destinations, history, and offerings.
My story describes the tombs and the travel stops: Dateland, River Bottom Grill, and Readers Oasis. We'll also set foot inside three Harley-Davidson dealerships for brief water stops: Start at Superstition Harley Davidson in Apache Junction, with stops at Territorial HD in Yuma, and Roadrunner HD in Avondale, AZ.
As a former MSF teaching coach, safety is my primary concern for all. From the age of 19, I’ve led groups on canoe trips, bicycle trips, and backpacking trips during the summer. After college, I led a team of eight people through India for four months, and I’ve organized and led groups to the Navajo Nation and a trip to Haiti. Travel and group leadership has taught me how to communicate and connect with people, and that's my intent when leading you on the pyramid tour.
This trip not offered between mid-June to mid-September. But when there is sufficient interest, I will publish the dates and then anyone can see the tentative schedule and join in. This platform will put us in touch with one another.
