As you merge onto the Tail of the Dragon, the real excitement begins. With its 318 curves in just 11 miles, this stretch of road is not for the faint of heart. Each turn presents a new challenge, testing your skills and nerve as you lean into the curves and power through the straights.

This is a weekend trip. We leave from Raleigh area early Saturday morning, ride to Asheville, ride in the famous roads on Saturday afternoon and checkin to a local hotel for Sat night. Leave Sunday morning from the hotel, stop by a few attractions on the way and reach Raleigh by 5pm-8pm. You can choose what weekend works for you. Additional costs include fuel for your bike, food and lodging costs.
You can ride your own motorcycle or rent from one I have. I will be riding my bike and accompanying you on the trip.
Pick your own weekend that works for you. Minimum time needed would be a Sat and Sunday. If you have additional time, we can leave from Raleigh on Friday afternoon and then we have a full day of riding on Saturday returing on Sunday.
