 When it comes to camping at the Muskegon Bike Time 2023 event, here are some essential guidelines to keep in mind:

  1. Spot Placement: Camping spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival. Make sure to secure your spot early to get a prime location.
  2. Weekend Pricing: All camping fees are for the entire weekend, regardless of when you arrive. So, whether you plan to stay from Thursday, July 20, to Sunday, July 23, make sure to pay for the full duration.
  3. Campground Rules: Please note that pets and weapons are prohibited. 24-hour security will be present throughout the event for everyone's safety and peace of mind. Additionally, there are no electric or water hook-ups available at the campground.
  4. Arrival and Departure: If you arrive on Thursday, July 20, you can start setting up your camp from 12 pm onwards, but make sure to arrive by 10 pm. On Friday and Saturday, arrivals can begin from 9 am. Remember that all campers must be loaded and off the premises by 4 pm on Sunday, July 23.
  5. Registration: Online sales for camping end on Thursday, July 20, at noon. If space is still available, onsite registration will open from noon on the same day.
  6. Rain or Shine: The event is scheduled to occur regardless of the weather conditions. Prepare accordingly and embrace the spirit of Bike Time, rain or shine.
  7. Campsite Fee and Alcohol Policy: The campsite fee is non-refundable unless the event gets canceled. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside the designated campground area; this rule will be strictly enforced.
