Take a fun and safe tour of some epic Southern California canyon roads of the San Gabriel Mountains. Early mornings are best to avoid the traffic. Full disclosure: These roads are for advanced riders as there are several decreasing radius turns and elevation changes. I am an experienced rider with over 20 years of experience riding in canyons, taking advanced courses and track days, and am happy to lead novice-to-canyon up to expert riders. Choice of 2 routes: San Gabriel Canyon is generally open year-round, and Glendora Mountain Road is a more challenging loop but subject to intermittent closures. My primary bike is a Triumph Tiger 900 on 50/50 tires so the pace will be at reasonable and safe speeds.
