Join me for a day of twisty canyon asphalt on classic road routes in Southern California, from the ocean to the desert. Multiple road types and distances to choose from. Experience the tightest corners and smoothest sweepers around, all at your pace. Stay local for a few hours or venture out for the whole day. We will discuss the plan for the day prior to leaving so we have an idea of what you hope to get from the experience and what to expect.

I have ridden essentially every great road in the southwest US over the past 30 years, many of which are minutes north and east of my base in San Diego. Some are well-known like Palomar Mountain or Angeles Crest, while the equally stunning state route north of Idylwild, the 'Banner grade' or Montezuma county road are likely unheard of outside the immediate area. Just a few of the must-ride routes accessible within a day's ride or less. I am happy to customize a ride based on your experience and timing and preferences. I currently own 3 motorcycles and have over 40 years riding experience, including dirt track, dual sport, touring and several seasons road racing a CBR600.
