FAQs

How do I enter and exit the Vanderhall?

DO NOT use the windshield as support as it costs over $700 to replace. Please do not stand on the seats to get in or out of the vehicle. I recommend using the frame of the Vanderhall on either side to help support you sliding down into the seat as there are no doors.

Is this car easy to drive?

Yes, it's like driving any automatic vehicle you've driven in the past with a bonus of a bump shift that allows you to control the vehicle manually if you choose.

Is there a roof?

No. Please check the weather before you book and prepare yourself. I recommend eyewear at all times to keep any road debris (dirt/dust) out of your eyes. Plan accordingly for hair and anything that you plan on placing in the vehicle.

What type of fuel does the Vanderhall take?

93 octane only. The gas cap is located on the rear of the car which you have to push down and twist at the same time to remove.

Are there cup holders or trunk space?

There are no cup holders but a water bottle fits in between the seats.

There's a small storage space behind the two seats for a purse or a few groceries.

Can you drive this vehicle on the freeway?

Of course, just be courteous of large vehicles around you and make sure you don't stay in their blind spot as you are small and harder to see. Remember to always look over your shoulders as there is no rear view mirror.

Can I drive when the weather is cold?

This car is great to drive even when it's cold as long as you're wearing gloves. Vanderhall features a heater as well as heated seats for both the driver and passenger.

Does the Vanderhall have speakers?

Yes, the Vanderhall is equipped with Bluetooth that can sync to your mobile device.
