Commercial Listing
This is an independent rental operator
• Insurance Coverage: Full coverage insurance is provided directly through the platform during the active rental period. The renter is responsible for the policy deductible in the event of any damage, theft, or incident.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit hold of $[1,000] will be placed on your credit card at pickup and released after the bike is returned undamaged.
• Damage & Inspection: A full joint inspection is conducted at check-in. Any new damage, dropped bike incidents, or missing accessories during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Fuel Policy: Provided with a full tank of 91+ Octane (Premium) gasoline. Must be returned full. A $25 inconvenience fee plus fuel cost will apply if returned under-filled (please present your last gas receipt at return).
• Mileage Allowance: Includes [200] miles per daily rental. Excess mileage will be billed at $[0.45] per mile.
• Usage Rules: Paved roads and light gravel access roads only. Strictly NO heavy off-road trail riding, track days, or stunt riding (wheelies/burnouts).
• Cleanliness & Late Returns: Please return the bike in clean condition. Excessive mud or dirt requiring specialized detailing will incur a $30 cleaning fee. Late returns are charged at $[30] per hour unless approved in advance.
• Optional Add-Ons: Helmets, riding gear, luggage/top case, and extra mileage packages are available upon request.
