Insurance

Rental is inclusive of the following insurance coverage: Montana State Statutory Limits of Liability Bodily Injury ($25k/50k), Property Damage ($20k), Medical Payments ($2k), and Comprehensive and Collision with a per-occurrence deductible ($1000).

If you want higher limits of liability than the state minimum required limits, you may optionally purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) for $15.95 per day online at https://mbains.com/. This increases the Liability Bodily Injury up to $300,000 with a $60,000 maximum per person. Please let us know if you would like this additional coverage before the rental starts.

Deposit

A refundable $1000 deposit may be held for each rental. The deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the motorcycle.

1. Age & Licensing

• All riders must be 21 or older
• A valid motorcycle license with proper endorsement is required
• Licenses will be visually verified at pickup

2. Authorized Riders Only

• A signed rental agreement is required for every rental
• All riders must be listed as authorized or additional drivers
• Unauthorized riders are strictly prohibited and will void insurance coverage

3. Where You Can Ride

• Off-road use is allowed — including forest service roads and legal national forest trails
• No racing, stunt riding, or travel into Mexico
• Passengers are allowed only if listed in the agreement

4. Vehicle Return

• Please return the bike on time, full of fuel, and in clean, undamaged condition
• Late returns, low fuel, or excess dirt/mud may result in additional charges

5. Insurance & Responsibility

• Insurance applies only to listed, licensed riders
• No permissive use: unlisted riders are not covered
• If there’s an accident, notify the owner immediately and cooperate with any reports or claims
• Misuse or breach of contract may void insurance coverage
