Wild West Adventures operates under a commercial insurance program specifically designed for motorcycle and powersports rentals. Our coverage is written through Lloyd’s of London and includes both Commercial General Liability and Business Auto insurance. This policy provides up to $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate in liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage to third parties resulting from use of the rented motorcycle.

All motorcycles in our fleet are insured under a commercial auto policy and are specifically scheduled for coverage. This includes liability protection in the event of an accident involving other people or property. Legal defense and claims handling are included as part of this coverage.

It is important to understand that this insurance is designed to protect the business and third parties—it does not cover all damage to the rented motorcycle or eliminate renter responsibility. Renters are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the motorcycle, gear, or accessories during the rental period.

We do not require a security deposit. By completing your booking and signing the rental agreement, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for the motorcycle while it is in your possession, including repair, replacement, and loss-of-use costs if applicable.

All renters are required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to taking possession of the motorcycle. Renters must have a valid motorcycle endorsement and are expected to operate the motorcycle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.

Motorcycles must be used only for their intended purpose and within agreed terms. Any off-road use must be approved in advance and must be appropriate for the type of bike rented. Abuse, reckless riding, or use outside of agreed conditions may result in additional charges.

Our motorcycles are premium, fully equipped machines, often including luggage systems and riding gear. Renters are expected to treat all equipment with care and return it in the same condition it was received. Any excessive wear, damage, or missing equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.

We strongly recommend that renters carry their own motorcycle or travel insurance for additional protection, including personal injury, trip interruption, and liability beyond our policy limits.
