Rules & Off-Road Policy

1. 2-day minimum rental.
2. Light off-road only — graded fire roads, gravel ranch roads, packed dirt, and easy two-track are welcome. Please, no rock gardens, water crossings above the axles, technical single-track, sand dunes, or anything requiring standing attack position for more than a few minutes.
3. Off-road use requires accepting the Riders Share Off-Road Waiver and paying the platform's Off-Road Use Surcharge at booking (Limited Off-Road plan). Recovery costs from off-pavement locations are the renter's responsibility per the platform waiver.
4. No track days, stunt riding, wheelies, burnouts, or speed-limit-plus-30 riding.
5. No lending the bike — the rider on the reservation is the only authorized rider.
6. Return clean and fueled (premium 91+). A reasonable amount of trail dust is fine — caked mud will incur a cleaning fee.
7. Crash / damage reporting: any drop, scrape, or mechanical concern gets a text the same day — no surprises at return.
8. Gear expectations: helmet + gloves minimum. Jacket, boots, and pants strongly recommended for any off-pavement use.
9. Rider requirements: valid M endorsement, 2+ years street riding experience, 25+ preferred.
