Every bike rents under a commercial vehicle insurance policy (Agent Alliance Insurance Company, administered by MBA Insurance/Brown & Brown Dealer Services), not a personal policy. Here's what that means for you:
Liability Coverage You're covered for third-party bodily injury and property damage while riding. Limits are $25,000 per person / $50,000 per accident for bodily injury and $20,000 for property damage, with a $1,000,000 combined single limit. Uninsured motorist coverage included at $25,000/$50,000.
Physical Damage The bike is covered for collision and comprehensive events. There is a $2,500 deductible per incident — this is your financial exposure if the bike is damaged. We hold a $2,500 authorization on your credit card at pickup, released within 3–5 days of a clean return.
Medical Payments $2,000 per person regardless of fault.
What's not covered Riding under the influence, racing or stunt riding, and operation by anyone not named on the rental agreement voids coverage entirely. Your personal gear and belongings are not covered.
Requirements You must hold a valid motorcycle endorsement for the class of bike you're renting. A copy of your license is required at pickup — this is a policy condition, not a formality. A signed rental agreement is required before you take possession.
Canada Coverage extends into Canada, including Glacier/Alberta corridor rides.
Questions before you book? Call or text us at 406-219-7790.
A full rental agreement is required at pickup. By renting with us you agree to the following key terms:
Payment A one-day deposit is charged at booking and applied to your total at pickup. The remaining balance plus 4% Montana rental tax is due at pickup. A separate $2,500 damage hold is placed on your credit card at pickup and released 3–5 days after a clean return.
Damage Responsibility You are responsible for up to $2,500 per incident — the policy deductible. If repair costs are less, you pay only the actual cost. Damage above $2,500 is covered by insurance. Loss of use (daily rate, up to 14 days) applies while the bike is being repaired.
Cancellation 5+ days notice: full deposit refund. 2–4 days: deposit retained, no further charges. Under 48 hours or no-show: deposit forfeited. Free reschedule with 24+ hours notice, subject to availability. NWS severe weather advisory: full refund or free reschedule.
Rider Requirements Valid motorcycle endorsement required. Must be 18+. Government-issued ID and a copy of your license required at pickup. All riders must be named on the agreement.
Use Restrictions No riding under the influence. No racing or stunting. No off-road use unless specifically authorized. No operation outside Montana or Canada without prior authorization. Violations void insurance coverage and make you personally liable for all costs.
Return Failure to return the vehicle within 48 hours of the agreed time without notice is a criminal offense under Montana law (MCA 45-6-309). If vehicle value exceeds $1,500 this may be prosecuted as a felony.
Full agreement provided and signed at pickup. Questions? Call or text 406-219-7790.
