Meet my 2024 Yamaha XSR900.

Why I Love the XSR900

• 890cc CP3 Triple: The CP3 engine is the heart of this bike. It has plenty of low- and mid-range torque for everyday riding, while still having plenty of power when you want to open it up. The three-cylinder character makes it feel noticeably different from a typical parallel-twin or four-cylinder motorcycle.
• Sporty Handling: The XSR900 is more than just a good-looking motorcycle. Its lightweight chassis, responsive handling, adjustable suspension, and strong Brembo brakes make it a genuinely capable machine on twisty roads.

What's It Like to Ride?

The easiest way I can describe the XSR900 is "a bike that's hard not to have fun on."

The upright riding position makes it comfortable and approachable for everyday riding, while the CP3 engine gives it plenty of personality. Around town, there's more than enough torque to make getting from point A to point B entertaining. Take it onto some twisty roads, and that's where the XSR900 really starts to shine.

It's a great choice if you want something that's sportier and more exciting than a typical commuter but less committed than a full supersport.

A Word of Caution

The XSR900 is a powerful 900cc motorcycle and is not what I would consider a beginner bike. I recommend it for riders who already have experience riding motorcycles and are comfortable managing a higher-powered machine.

I use a self check-in/check-out process, so you don't need to wait for me or arrange an in-person meeting to pick up or return the motorcycle.

The pickup location is easily accessible by MBTA public transportation. If you need to bring your car, please let me know in advance and I'll let you know whether the parking space is available during your rental.
