🏍️Motorcycle Rental Policies & Fees

💵Required Fees

• Damage & Liability Waiver: $55/day (mandatory)
• Cleaning Fee (mandatory):
• $20 – Standard motorcycles
• $30 – Adventure / Harley-Davidson
• Additional cleaning charges may apply for off-road use, wet conditions, or excessive dirt

💵Payment Processing Fees:

• Credit/Debit Card: 4.5%
• International Cards: 6.5%
• PayPal: 5%
• Zelle: No fee

Optional Add-Ons

• Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI): $20/day
• Personal Accident / Effects Insurance (PAI/PEI): $10/day
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance: $15/day (Includes flat tire, fuel delivery, jump-starts, and towing)

💵Deposits & Liability

• Standard Security Deposit: $1,000 (refundable)

Renter Financial Responsibility

The $1,000 security deposit is not a limit of liability and may be applied toward any damage, loss, fees, or other amounts owed under this Agreement. Your liability for physical damage to the Motorcycle is limited to $2,500 per incident, including any portion of the security deposit applied toward that amount. In the event of a total loss or theft, your liability is limited to $3,500.

These liability limits do not apply in cases of prohibited use, negligence, reckless operation, unauthorized drivers, violations of this Agreement, or damages not covered by insurance.

• All amounts owed are due immediately upon demand. Rental Powersports may apply the security deposit and charge the payment method on file for any amounts due. Any remaining balance is your responsibility and may be referred to collections or legal action.

Accessory & Gear Deposits

• Aftermarket panniers / top cases: $100 each
• OEM cases / accessories: $250 each

All deposits are refundable if items are returned in original, undamaged condition.

Damage & Inspection

• Accident Inspection Fee: $250 (non-refundable) Applies to any motorcycle involved in an accident

Cleaning Policy

Base cleaning fees cover normal use only.

Motorcycles returned wet, muddy, or excessively dirty will incur additional cleaning charges.

Off-road use cleaning is assessed case-by-case.

Helmet Rentals

A balaclava is required for all helmet rentals.

• You may bring your own or purchase one on-site for $10 (yours to keep).

Tire Disclosure: Tires are changed regularly for safety and maintenance. Listing photos may not reflect the current tires. If you require a specific tire, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policies

🕓 Business Hours

Morning: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Closed for lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Returns scheduled before 11:30 AM must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late returns may incur an additional rental day.

💳 Outside Normal Hours

• Sunday & Monday (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM): $50 fee
• Seasonal rate (Nov–Jan): $65
• After-hours service: $50 per hour
• Late-night return (off-site): $100 flat fee (must be pre-arranged)

💳 Holiday Pickup Fee – $65

Applies during:

• November 26–28, 2026
• December 23, 2026 – January 2, 2027
• Pickup window: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM only

All after-hours, early-hour, and holiday scheduling fees are nonrefundable if canceled or modified.

✈️Flight Delays & Timing

Your rental period begins at the scheduled reservation time, not your arrival time.

We are unable to extend rentals due to travel or flight delays.

For added flexibility, consider arranging a late-night return in advance.

💳 Payment & Deposit Requirements

Accepted deposit methods:

• Credit or debit card
• Zelle (no processing fees)
• Other approved digital payments

Cash is not accepted at check-in due to insurance requirements.

If using cash, arrangements must be made and completed prior to your rental date.

For cash deposit returns, please allow at least 1 hour before your scheduled return time for inspection.

✅Rider Requirements

• Minimum age: 21+
• Valid motorcycle endorsement (U.S. or international)
• License must be current and presented at check-in
