Please get somewhere safe, log in to Riders-Share.com, and request Roadside Assistance online. We also ask that you notify the owner. In certain situations, such as a dead battery in a long trip, it may be beneficial to simply repair the vehicle and continue the trip. You may only conduct repairs with the owner's authorization.
