Don't be fooled by the year, this bike was a garage queen and shows like a one year-old bike. The NC700X has beren around in Europe for many years but it finally came to the USA in 2012. The NC700X is powered by a new 670cc parallel twin motor, with electronic fuel injection. With a fuel capacity of 3.7 gallons, the bike will have a range of up to 240 miles. It gets around 65mpg's if you care about that kind of thing. The NC700X is aimed at riders, who are more interested in usability and utility versus strictly in horsepower. To that end, the bike’s gas tank is concealed beneath the passenger seat and is accessed by flipping up the pillion seat. A flip-top storage compartment ("frunk" in Porsche parlance) is positioned in front of the rider, with 21 liters of storage, just enough room for a full-face helmet or a couple bags of groceries. The bike’s upright seating position makes for good visibility and comfort for the riders hinder on longer rides, although the seat may be a bit high for some riders, at 32.7 inches. This bike is equipped with a Madstad adjustable windshield system, an aftermarket Sargeant Seat, Carplay unit with front and rear cameras, and you can also rent panniers for it (optional for additional cost). With the seat, windshield, and Kakao Cruise control all on the bike without extra cost, it makes for a great 500 mi per day bike, or it will keep you pain free while riding "The Dragon," or "The Devil's Triangle."
