I have Roadside Assistance but the bike isn't disabled. I need help with something else (saddlebag is locked, I'm lost, etc.)
Roadside Assistance is ONLY applicable in the event that the vehicle is disabled. If the vehicle you have rented is NOT disabled, then roadside Assistance is not covered, and if you request it, you will be billed for the service. This applies to situations such as not wishing to continue your rental due to illness or injury, schedule changes, locked saddlebags, etc.
