What does Roadside Assistance (RSA) cover?

Roadside assistance, provided by our partner Mach1, provides three main services when a motorcycle is disabled: towing, emergency fuel replacement, and a battery jumps. Mach1 also take you to a nearby hotel in the event a repair can't be arranged (hotel cost is the renter's responsibility).

We also cover $200 towards the replacement of a punctured tire with the purchase of Roadside Assistance, in addition to your covered tow service. Renter's will be billed for the cost of the tire replacement to their card on file for any amount exceeding $200.

If you do not purchase roadside assistance and you require roadside assistance, you will be billed for the roadside assistance costs.

Owners in our Premium and Standard plans do not have to pay for roadside assistance costs associated with a breakdown of their vehicle unless it is the second time within 6 months that the vehicle requires a tow.
