Is the pre/post-inspection form filled out online? Who fills it?

The inspection form is online and both renter and owner can do it. You will receive a link via email and SMS before the trip start time. We recommend they both do it to prevent disputes later on. There is also an inspection checklist they can print, but we recommend the electronic check in/out to document the state of the bike before and after each trip with pictures.
