What happens if someone doesn't return my bike on time?

We have a policy for Late Fees.  In the event of a late return, owners are entitled to charge late fees to renters if they choose to do so. Please use the reimbursement tool within each booking's profile to request to be compensated for a late return. We encourage renters to contact owners if they know they are going to be late to prevent misunderstandings.
